Forgiveness, reconciliation and the Church

Bible Society hosted a seminar after the National Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast in Westminster this June.

Addressing the theme of ‘Forgiveness, reconciliation and the Church’, the seminar featured three speakers challenging those present with biblical insight on the topic, providing an international perspective and sharing experiences of working for racial justice within the UK Church. Drawing the audience further into personal reflection, a spoken word piece based on John 8 conveyed both the challenge of understanding people’s lived experiences and the need to develop a renewed attitude of grace and mercy.
