Our teams in Jordan and Lebanon are bringing the Bible to life for refugees fleeing war in the Middle East as they offer Bible-based trauma healing to refugees as well as food and other essentials. We are also actively responding to the need for Bibles amidst war and conflict in Syria.
Christianity is growing at an exponential rate in Africa – and so is the need for Bibles. Our aim is to reach the poorest, most troubled families, the people who are at war or those who've been displaced, and the most marginalised communities.
The Bible is a global bestseller, but for many people in England and Wales, the book remains a mystery. We're bringing the Bible to life in education, media, politics and the arts.
Just over 40 years ago, the Bible was a banned book in China. But today, in this largely atheist country, the Bible is a best seller and Christianity in China is growing at a rapid rate. We're translating, printing and distributing Bibles and helping to train Chinese pastors to meet the shortage of equipped leaders.
